While both HEALTH AND WELLNESS are complementary to each other, the difference remains in the subtlety that health is the goal and wellness is the actual process of achieving it. Health in the standard terms, simply do not start at the diagnosis of an illness, or even identifying predisposition to a disease and any unexpected injury, rather commences at prevention.
